Monthly Newsletter: Our monthly newsletter includes useful tips, identifies trends, and other important how-to items.
Consulting Calls (included in Web Manage & Web Master): Consulting calls are great for strategy sessions, live editing, or any other type of training needs. Web Maintain plans do not include consulting calls. However, they may use their 30 minutes of support time for a consulting call.
With your dedicated support time you can make requests regarding the majority of your needs.

Additionally, we also want to offer you the flexibility to update the content on your website. With our Manage & Master plans, we even give you a monthly strategy call to identify areas of opportunity to help you continue to grow!
We first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built, and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation starts at a fixed 4-hour fee.
Lastly, we’ve experienced an update that broke a website’s functionality and needed to be fixed immediately. With a Care Plan in place, there is no additional charges to fix the site after a faulty update breaks your site.
